I have been using PayPal for past 6 months. My PayPal account was not verified therefore when I reached my withdrawal limitation i.e. $500, I was in trouble. PayPal needs credit card or Debit card with VISA/Mastercard logo. I was not able to apply for credit card/Debit card due to some reasons. I stopped taking work as it was useless to work and get paid through PayPal from where I couldn't use that amount.
I was trying to find out the solution and read about the VCC i.e virtual credit card which was providing by many sellers. I thought to use it but I also read that PayPal can limit or ban your account for using a VCC as its not allowed. I was again hopeless.
I am member of a Forum and most of the time I spend there as its a good source of knowledge and information. I was reading a thread and I found one person(Mr. Vivek Godgift J) who is the employee of SBI, was talking about "SBI YUVA DEBIT CARD" which could be use to verify the PayPal account. I read out more threads and posts and found there were so many people who had verified their account with the same card.
As there was no more option with me therefore I applied for a new saving account in SBI. After getting a saving account, I asked one of the employee for "YUVA DEBIT CARD" but he was clueless. I will not say that employees didn't helped me but they were unaware with that card. He asked me to get some information about that card. Next day I went to him with a print out, after reading it he searched for the option for the same and he found it. He asked me to fill up a form for that. That was a usual ATM card form. I filled up and wrote "YUVA DEBIT CARD" in bold on the top of the Application. As MR. Vivek told that the card will be delivered within 10 days, the same thing happened, after 10 days I got my card. I went to my bank and asked of the pin code.
After that I linked my card with PayPal and here was an another problem the "Expuse code". Expuse code is a 4 digits number which PayPal sent to the bank to verify your PayPal account. You need to add that 4 digits to verify your card. I went to my bank for that but I was unable to find the one. Mr. Vivek has a site i.e. http://paypal.statebank.org.in here he has clearly mentioned that anyone can get his help to get that expuse code if fail to get that from bank. I asked those people who had verified their account with the help of Mr. Vivek. At first I was hesitating to give my bank details to an unknown person but without any risk you can't come out from any trouble. I sent my bank account number and date of transaction to him and the next day I got my expuse code and yes It was the end of my problem. My account was verified now.
Many Many thanks to Mr. Vivek for helping me out. I am sharing my experience through this post so that Indians who are using PayPal and are unable verify their account could use this selfless help. Hope this will be helpful to all.
